But, I have been steadily working on a new display/art project. It's not 100% finished, but complete enough I feel I can show you.

Sale at SSDesigns
I don't know if ya'll know about this already, but I thought I'd mention that the website SSDesigns has all of their Ellowyne outfits on sale. They're quite reasonable, in my opinion. Especially considering what you'd be paying for this stuff on eBay (a lot). For reviews, I have several SSDesigns pieces and I find them adorable and well-made.

It seems that I am finally getting back into my groove of things. I am trying not to let the tiny things bother me--all around trying to avoid those situations. There could be a lot o reasons I feel this way:
The Good:
- I have lost a substantial amount of weight in the first month back, I am able to fit into my "skinny" size 6 jeans again! (Size 4 would be ideal, but I'm not 20 anymore, so...
- I was treated to Koi Kawa twice this week! Yumyum! And it's only Tuesday~
- I have two Vice Presidents referring me to the company they work for, so hopefully this job lead will pan out.
- I was mistaken for a fitness trainer yesterday. Boo-yeah.
- My Snowball mic should be in today!
- Good relationship with the folks.
- Confirmation from some Japanese people that my Japanese is still quite good.
- Kyuchan is finally starting to man up around Priss.
- Going shopping with ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) tigtogtiffySaturday. The Bad:
- I am still feeling kinda "out of it" voice-acting wise.
- My productions are all behind schedule.
- I still need to mail out the doujinshi. TAT
- Still unemployed.
- Arms are still flabby.
- My eyesight needs to be examined.
- Priss is being a pill to Kyuchan still.
- Getting lonely.
- Starting to miss things about Japan...particularly my friends. TAT
- I want to move back to the 09 neighborhood.
...so trying to work through the bad and focus on the good. I need a quick nap before heading to the gym I think...

Let's Talk Video Games. Specifically, the two new Rare reveals.
"Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise": Or as I like to call it, "Viva Pinata: Kofi Kingston Edition".
IT. IS. FUCKING. GORGEOUS.
Well, it is.
We also got penguins! We were rumored to get these as an expansion for the original since more or less launch, but hey, better late than never.
The original was pretty fun. There's a bunch of people complaining that they should be making "Perfect Dark 2" or something only cause they probably walked past it because it looks like it's for little kids.
Granted, there is a large percentage of people who own the original because they bought it for their kids or girlfriend and they enjoyed it as well.
So yeah, there's money to be made here.
However, it looks like "Viva Pinta: Expansion Pack". As such, I don't think I could justify spending $50+ dollars on a game that's more or less what I already have. If this is the case, than I will be waiting for a price drop.
Otherwise, am looking forward to it, because it's pretty much the only non-Nintendo console game Rare has gotten RIGHT.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts: Watch Ze Trailer.
You ever like, really look forward to something than see it and get your hopes all dashed? This is like that.
Really, really looked forward to this one, but something doesn't seem...right. I don't hate the vehicle element as much as I used to when I thought you got one per level rather than the way they let you customize it to suit your needs, but it still feels like it's missing something.
I'm also not to keen on the look of Banjo & Kazooie.
The background is fabulous. The animation is fabulous. But they look WAY too boxy. I know this can all be changed by November, but I can't help thinking this will bother me so much that I can't quite concentrate on the rest of it.
Will be giving the demo a whirl that's for sure, and if it's good I'll pick it up, but not holding my breath as much as I used to.
I hope it's better than #2 though, which is also another worry I have. I liked the first one because it was unique and fun, but the second, despite giving us more things to do, bigger worlds and other such things was too heavy on "RUN AND COLLECT THINGS!", which is the death of every platformer.
Do like the rumored "Original N64 versions as a Limited Edition Disc" rumor. I was actually gonna play the first some time ago but I just couldn't find it.
